Washington - Summary

Thursday, Apr. 18

• Doug picks me up at the office ~2:00pm
• Drive to Callies at N-O-T-L ~3:00pm
• Meet Pete and Roby, leave Doug's car
• Stop at Duty free to pick up alchohol, cigars and Billie
• Drive to Buffalo Airport, meet Berty
• Flight is delayed, begin bar crawl at airport
• Roby snaps over 42 minute chicken wings
• Plane eventually leaves airport ~10:00pm
• Tom left Tunde's car unattended with keys in open door and instructions on how to get to the apartment
• Pack in the hot mauve death trap, which was low in oil and gas
• Doug navigates us through the Ghetto
• Meet Chris and Tom at Chez Wacker
• Present Tom with Billie, a case of Sleeman's
• Drive to Buffalo Airport, meet Berty
• Smoke cigars and walk to Capitol Lounge, refuse to eat their chips and salsa
• Found another bar, served by gay pontytail waiter, ate cold sandwitches

Friday, Apr. 19

• Tom wakes up early for work
• We walk to 'the Mall' and Capitol Hill
• Gents eat hot dogs, Woody gets creamed by a Burrito Brother
• Walk to the Capitol Building and the Air and Space Museum
• Have fun at the flight simulator, Storm is a-brewin'
• Walk to FBI building, but it is closed!
• go to ESPN Sportzone, Pete and Doug are left in the rain
• Drink beer, wine and eat nachos
• Walk to Whitehouse
• take the subway back to Tom's place
• five seconds later, Tom returns from work
• Order in Pizza and more drinking
• Headed out to Poli-tiki and met Tom's friends
• Asshole American is forced to buy Woody a drink
• Went to Adam's Morgan - went in the Reef, but Doug couldn't go, headed to Madame's Organ
• Drink on the Patio, Orr arrives bearing gifts - VIP passes to Scores
• Anna gets kicked out of the bar for cursing at the manager
• We assemble at the Diner for a post-clubbing snack. There is a stabbing in the street
• Head home, Holly wanted Pete's berries but was rejected and cried herself to sleep.

Saturday, Apr. 20

• Wake up, except for Doug who was dead
• Tom went to a shin-dig early, we all venture to FedEx Stadium to watch the NFL Draft
• $1.00 beers and hotdogs, and sweet cheerleaders!
• came back to rest up, watched some teen movie
• Did some more drinking, drank Chris's mescal and ate the worm
• went for dinner - 2 burgers and a pitcher of beer for ten bucks!
• Met Bob and friends from Detroit, Bob claims he's Canadian, but clearly isn't
• Idiot Bob spills beer all over himself - which happens to be cougar bait...
• Meanwhile, we chat it up with Liz and invite ourselves to her party
• At the house party, meet dumb american interns, sing 'O Canada' and drink their beer
• Leave the party with Liz's friend Laura
• Head over to 'Cap Lounge', Chris and Woody piss in ventilation on the roof
• Bob buys drinks all around - Canadians take their women and leave them in the dust
• Rumours Nightclub - show the women the time of their lives
• Collins, Orr and Wackman watch two chicks make out
• At the end of the night, Shamu works over Orr and Dougie

Sunday, Apr. 21

• Wake up early - Tom takes Chris to the airport
• Go for breakfast at buffet style resteraunt, charged by the pound
• meet up with Papa Wacker - drive off to the cottage, leave Berty behind
• Raining so golf is cancelled, at the cottage have a two hour nap
• Attempt to move the dock fails when Doug and Pete tip the canoe into the drink
• Drive to a local diner, Hal drives Davey Orr to the train station
• Watch 'Scorpion King' do some grocery shopping, rent videos
• Make a nice romantic pasta dinner
• watch 'Last Castle', lightning storm, fart contest, Cigars, Euchre

Monday, Apr. 22

• Finally get to sleep in!
• Cancel our early tee off time, and head out ~2:00pm
• Beautiful weather for golf! The first annual Wacker invitational is underway
• Return to the cottage, make kick-ass chili and fire-pit pizza
• More drinking, watch 'Training Day'

Tuesday, Apr. 23

• Sleep in
• Clean up the cottage, drive Doug and Bryan to bus station
• Tom drives Pete and Woody to airport
• Go home
