Western Europe - England

We arrived in Gatwick Airport on Saturday May 12th. From there we took a train into London and then caught the 'tube' to get to our hotel. We had our first Contiki meeting, where we met Justine, our tour guide, and 'Spoons' our bus driver.

We sat in on a hypnotist convention that evening, and were thouroughly astounded. Then we were even more astounded when we went outside to look for a bite to eat, and lo and behold - every shop in London was closed down.

The next morning we headed out and made for the white cliffs of Dover.
