Subject: Final Birthday Announcement
Hello again,
This is a final birthday announcement before the big day - this Friday, December 6th!
It looks like Neil pulled through, and was able to get us a little bit of a bonus, courtesy of the Canadian Department of National Defense.
- Neil will give us access to free parking at Fort York.
- We will all receive a free drink, paid for by our military.
For those of you who are driving, or wish to abstain from alcohol, feel free to pass your drink to Neil, I'm sure he has no objection to getting sauced! After all, he does have to practice up for being a veteran someday! =)
In lieu of the free parking situation, we should try to meet at my house at around 6ish, in order to straighten out rides, and get all the cars into the parking lot for free. We will likely leave my house at 6:45 in order to get downtown for the show that starts at 7:30 sharp.

If you cannot make it to my house by 6:45pm, then we will see you downtown at the show (too bad you missed the free parking opportunity). If you cannot make it to the show at all, that is too bad; I've already paid for you in advance. If you do not intend to pay me, you can expect to see two unsavory Italian men at your door with baseball bats very soon!
Please do not bring me a gift, your presence is a present enough. =) I know it was a lot for me to ask everyone to shell out more than $50 for my stupid birthday party, but it means a lot to me.
I hope to see all of you at my place on Friday evening, or if not there, then at Medieval Times.
Directions to my house have been provided, if you still cannot make it, please call me. Or just call me to say "Hi", work has been a little bit "slow" in the last week:

Sorry for the confusion,
Neil has asked me clarify with regards to the Military’s involvement in my birthday party.
- We will be parking for free at HMCS YORK, not Fort York. HMCS York is a short walk away from Medieval Times along Lakeshore.
- Also, the drinks are coming free because Neil sweet-talked the woman on the phone (i.e. no taxpayers’ money will be spent on my birthday – DAMN!).
