To get there we must pass through the Hall of the Undead, the Library which is filled with other mean sounding creatures and caverns, again filled with many evil creatures! We must also pass a number of test, including the Test of Orcus, and the Test of Penance, Loyalty and ?.... Otherwise the penalty is death by either Orcus himself or Banak, a powerful loyal follower... A plan was devised to bypass some of these tests and rescue the prisoners which we are on our way to do as I write this... _________________ |
ollowing an examination of the temple, we acquired a number of items that will assist in our quest and also were able to interrogate one the of the priests who had not been killed. We discovered that this chamber of the temple is only the beginning and prisoners are kept in the caverns below. The prisoners are being utilized as a sacrifice to Orcus to keep the gate open. To where and why we do not know...
